Here's how it works: If you are unable to provide care for your newborn, you can bring your baby to a designated safe site, which may include hospitals, fire stations, or emergency medical services (EMS) stations. At these safe sites, trained personnel are ready to receive your baby with open arms, ensuring their safety and well-being.

The Baby Moses Law provides parents with a safe and legal alternative to abandonment, offering a lifeline for those facing difficult circumstances. By surrendering your baby at a safe site, you are providing them with the opportunity for a better future, free from harm or neglect.
